Her insurance defence practice includes working with claims handlers and adjusters to resolve property, bodily injury, and motor vehicle claims. From conducting the initial research on a claim to developing and modifying the strategy needed to settle a claim fairly and efficiently, Taran always ensures her clients are involved and kept up-to-date on the developments of a file.

Taran grew up in Calgary and London, England where she also completed her law degree.  Her undergrad degree in philosophy taught her critical thinking, but she relaxes by exercising the right side of her brain as a visual artist.
