Professional Background

As a civil litigation lawyer, Adam draws on his unique qualifications and experience to deliver effective results for his clients.  His previous roles as both a plaintiff personal injury lawyer and in-house defence counsel at one of Canada’s largest insurance companies helps Adam accurately assess risk and recommend actions at each stage of the file. Combining a practical approach with a respectful but firm stance, Adam aims to add value to every file.

Adam specializes in bodily injury claims.  He does, however, have significant experience advising both plaintiffs and defendants on a wide range of insurance litigation matters including property damage, construction, professional negligence, and first party coverage claims. 

Prior to his legal career, Adam worked as an intensive care and emergency room nurse. His experience in health care provides him with both a thorough understanding of medical evidence and an ability to respond effectively when the stakes are high.
