Professional Background

Noah maintains a general civil litigation practice focusing on insurance defence including bodily injury defence, property damage, commercial litigation and construction law. He also maintains an employment law practice. Noah takes a proactive approach with all of his files with a focus on early and efficient settlement wherever possible.

Noah has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta and has gained experience through attending various motion, hearings and trials on behalf of clients. To date, he has obtained several written decisions at both the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta. Noah also has experience in various other jurisdictions including Ontario and British Columbia.

Originally from British Columbia, Noah obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley before moving to Calgary to study law at the University of Calgary.  He has always been interested in the law and how it fits into every day life.  He thrives on the challenge of applying different legal principle to different facts and then defending that position for his clients. Noah demonstrated his aptitude for litigation and the courtroom while studying and was awarded the Bishop McKenzie Centennial Prize for high standard of performance in Law 615 Advanced Civil Procedure.

When not leading the busy life of an associate, Noah can be found spending time with his young family, cheering on one of his favourite football and basketball teams, or sleeping.
