Professional Background

As a recently called Associate at SVR, Stuart manages his own Provincial Court files and assists on larger files. His responsibilities include appearing in court for motions, applications and court orders, attending questioning, research, drafting pleadings and reporting. He works on a wide range of files including construction and condo disputes, personal injury, employment and corporate commercial matters. With an undergraduate degree in in biological sciences, Stuart is able to analyze large volumes of data and efficiently condense it into manageable and useful information.

A woodworking enthusiast, Stuart has always enjoyed the satisfaction that comes from turning raw materials into something meaningful and tangible. He now applies the same analytical approach to each new file by developing the strategy for moving a file forward and constructing the arguments that will benefit his clients in the end.   

When not at the office, Stuart can often be found in his woodworking shop or exploring Alberta’s beautiful outdoors with his family and dog.
