Professional Background

An associate in the insurance defence group, Lindsay acts on motor vehicle, slip & fall, property and subrogated claims. Even on the most challenging claims, Lindsay approaches each new file determined to find practical strategies that will bring about a timely resolution. Prior to joining SVR, Lindsay gained extensive experience on insurance files as plaintiff’s counsel at a boutique personal injury law firm in Calgary.  

Lindsay enjoys digging into the details of each new file to uncover the key issues, risks and opportunities that will impact the progress of the claim. Her diligent approach ensures she is prepared for each step of the litigation process, and that every opportunity to resolve or move a claim forward is pursued.  Insurers can count on her to share her views on the merits of a claim and the best steps to take. She enjoys building productive working relationships with clients that deliver or exceed the desired outcomes.

Lindsay grew up in Calgary and enjoys spending time with friends, her husband, and her large extended family. She is busy learning Norwegian and loves going for walks, crocheting, and reading true crime.
