SVR Lawyers is very pleased to announce that Breanne Campbell, Kate Kozowyk and Lukas Frey joined the Partnership on January 1, 2021.
Breanne is a member of our insurance and litigation group. Breanne has advised clients facing a broad range of multi-million dollar fraud claims including theft of corporate opportunity, employee embezzlement, securities fraud, mortgage fraud and insurance fraud. She also advises on breach of contract, product liability and professional negligence claims.
Kate’s legal practice focuses on condominium law, professional negligence and personal injury matters, mainly in respect of social host and commercial host liability. Kate acts for individuals, boards of directors, property managers and developers with respect to various condominium matters including insurance claims, bylaw creation and interpretation, bylaw enforcement and condominium disputes and has experience in professional negligence cases involving financial advisors, stockbrokers and insurance agents/brokers.
Lukas' practice is focused on corporate law and bankruptcy. Businesses turn to Lukas for legal solutions and advice on a wide range of issues throughout the life-cycle of their ventures from incorporations and shareholder agreements to corporate financing, M&A transactions and restructurings. Lukas also advises banks and financial institutions on security agreements as well as the enforcement of security instruments.
